Our product range is extensive and includes new production mild steel punchings, galvanised mild steel punchings, steel shot and grit, rust resistant chrome iron, pig iron, VariDense, lead and specialist products for projects that require loose bulk fill in excess of 3.8 tonne per cubic metre.

Specialist Products
Steel Nodules
As a manufactured product they have the following advantages over other materials:-
• Exceptionally Clean – due to the production process it is completely dust and oil free.
• It is a solid drawn particle and as such has a very high molecular strength and increased density over similar cast products.
• Consistency – It is uniform in particle size and shape within a production tolerance of +/-15%. The cylindrical shape gives excellent fluidity and compaction in either bulk loose fill applications or as an addition to heavy weight concrete.
• Can be produced either bright or galvanised to suit application.
• Available in a range of particle sizes.
• Available in a range of packaging options.

Steel Shot/Grit is used within our VariDense products but is also available to purchase independently.

Variable Density Ballast
VariDense was developed after many months of trials in partnership with Tarmac to be a suitable heavy weight ballast that can be used either as a loose bulk fill or in conjunction with their UltiBallast products. Varidense was use here in combination with the client's concrete to provide heavy density fixed ballast.
The density and sizing can be adjusted to suit the various specifications that are required by today’s shipping, off shore and civil engineering sectors.
Due to our product being highly adaptable, we are constantly able to provide operational solutions for an ever expanding range of clients. Once we know your challenges we are very confident that we can provide a new and unique solution to your stability requirement that is, in many cases far more cost effective.
